Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Logo-Mat 69516-4J843-13000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Martron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnetrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Magnetek product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Martron such as the 1403 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 705510A3107E1A410021 manufactured by Magnetrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnetrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2110081055 by Manufacturer Magnetek as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Louis-Allis Brand Saber in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Loma-Superscan such as 416112 equipment made by Loma-Superscan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Loma-Superscan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Loma-Superscan" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 81696CA2CA made by Marposs as well as the popular 720101152 original spares produced by Magmotor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 240C9 by Mag-con and 416112 spares by Loma-Superscan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MC800AAC10017V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ls.
